High humidity and a wet season ruled out timber linings for the outdoor living area.
The approach
We specified woodgrain aluminium ceiling and soffit linings in our Teak finish - golden honey-brown with a fine grain. Alfresco ceiling and eave linings delivered the warmth of timber while keeping the build low-maintenance and able to withstand the coastal salt air.
The Teak look is hospitality, pool surrounds and alfresco - which made it a natural fit for this tropical queenslander update.
