Woodonali is a family-owned Australian business, proudly operating from the Gold Coast since 2014. We specialise in premium aluminium cladding and battens with realistic woodgrain finishes — offering the natural look of timber with the strength and durability of aluminium.
In-House Manufacturing
All our products are produced at our Gold Coast premises using over 20 automatic and semi-automatic machines, including advanced powder-coating and sublimation equipment. By keeping the entire process in-house, we ensure consistent quality, faster lead times, and affordable pricing.

Each profile undergoes thorough cleaning, surface preparation, priming, and base coating to ensure long-lasting adhesion.

Panel Fabrication
Aluminium panels are precisely fabricated into battens, ready for advanced finishing.

Powder Coating & Baking
The profiles are coated with premium Akzo Nobel powder paint and baked at 200°C, ensuring a uniform, durable surface.

Finally, Italian-made sublimation films are applied, creating a woodgrain finish that combines beauty with performance.
