Our Story
WOODonALI was founded in 2014 with the mission to help preserve Australia’s endangered wildlife habitats. Every year, an estimated 3.5 to 7 billion trees are cut down for profit. This alarming fact inspired us to create an alternative — aluminium products with a sustainable wood-look finish.
For over 7 years, we have been dedicated to developing affordable, aesthetic, and durable solutions that combine the beauty of natural wood with the strength of aluminium.
Our Manufacturing Capabilities
We operate our own equipment for producing cladding, with over 20 automatic and semi-automatic machines, including ovens and bending machines. This allows us to maintain full control over every stage of production. Battens are manufactured by a long-term partner factory, proven through years of reliable supply.
Fast Lead Times
We deliver orders in just 3–5 days in any colour. Our lead times are almost independent of volume: even for large orders, we ship the first batch right away to start installation, and then deliver the rest.
Advanced Coatings and Materials
In 2025 we switched to polyurethane powder coating, a modern upgrade from traditional polyester coatings. Although polyurethane is more expensive, we have kept our prices unchanged for our clients. This coating offers superior UV resistance, and our sublimation films for woodgrain are imported directly from Italy. We also collaborate with Akzo Nobel and Dulux Australia, providing both standard powder coatings and premium woodgrain finishes.
